Care and rug-pad guidance

Vacuum on low suction without a beater bar or rotating brush. Blot spills promptly with a clean, dry cloth rather than rubbing. For stubborn marks, test a small amount of wool-safe soap in an inconspicuous area and avoid saturating the rug. Do not machine wash or bleach. Consult a professional rug cleaner for deeper cleaning.

Rotate periodically for more even wear. Natural wool can shed fibers, particularly when new; avoid treating shedding as a guarantee of either quality or a defect. Consider a rug pad compatible with your flooring to help reduce movement and add cushioning.
